I am the music director and host of The Ride Home with Bobby on Hot 100. I have worked for Max Media for over 9 years, starting as a promotions staffer and worked my way up to my current position. Being the Afternoon Drive host, I am required to host events, social network and create/produce promos and videos. As Hot 100’s music director, I schedule the playlist and board operators, assist in the analysis of top 40 music trending in Hampton Roads, and develop an acute knowledge of record labels and artists they promote, including communicating with representatives and attending all label events.

I am known as a host/emcee for public and private events outside of Max Media, as well. This forces me to think on the fly and provide a memorable and entertaining time for guests/clients.​

I am also a voice-over and on-camera talent for Studio Center. On a roster of over seven hundred voice talents, I have become ranked as one of the top 10 talent in the company. I have worked with clients such as, Hasbro, Bud Light, Marco’s Pizza, Google, Marvel, etc. My on-camera work has included the US Navy, law firms, tech companies, 700 Club and small budget films.
